Keystoker Coal Stove Ceramic Glass Panels – High-Temp Replacement Glass
Coal stoves run like dependable little locomotives… until the day the viewing glass decides it’s retiring without notice. I’ve had Keystoker owners message me in the middle of winter like they just lost power to the whole house. When the flame’s rolling and the glass goes cloudy, cracked, or looks like it survived a small meteor strike — yep, it’s time for a fresh ceramic panel.
These replacement panels are high-temperature ceramic pyroceram, built to handle the intense burn, thermal expansion, and daily heat cycling that coal units are famous for. Clear glass means better flame visibility, more efficient combustion, and happier humans staring lovingly into the fire instead of squinting through a foggy rectangle like it’s 1923.
Here are the two most requested Keystoker panels I cut regularly:
Keystoker Coal Stove Glass Panel
12 1/4" x 10 1/4" — High temp ceramic replacement
Keystoker Rover Coal Furnace Glass Panel
16" x 6" — High temp ceramic replacement
If your Keystoker looks like a cousin to one of these sizes, you’re probably in the right place.
Need a size not shown here?
Keystoker built a number of units over the years (and a few that feel like they were designed solely to test my patience). If your stove glass is a different size or shape — no stress.
Just send:
• A clear photo of the stove door
• Opening measured edge-to-edge with a tape visible
…and I’ll size it accurately so you don’t end up doing the “is this correct or am I about to be wrong forever?” shuffle in front of the stove.
Custom Cuts Available
If your panel is discontinued, oversized, undersized, trapezoid-ish, or simply rebelled against standard geometry — I can cut one to your exact measurements.
➡ Order here: Custom-Cut Ceramic & Tempered Glass
Your coal fire deserves a clear window — let’s get that glow back where it belongs.
