🔥 Nadia Morgan
Website Owner - Fireplace Expert & Cozy Living Enthusiast
Hi, I’m Nadia, and if there were a fan club for fireplaces, I’d be the president. My love for all things warm and glowing began over a decade ago when a stubborn wood-burning fireplace 🪵 turned my freezing living room into the coziest spot in the house. That moment didn’t just light a fire — it ignited a passion for everything hearth-related.
With over 10 years of experience in the fireplace industry, I’ve explored everything from the gentle flicker of gas logs 🔥 to the rustic charm of outdoor fire pits 🔥. Whether it's finding the perfect fire feature, tackling tricky venting issues 🌬️, or adding stylish mantel decor 🖼️, my mission is to make fireplaces less confusing and a whole lot more fun. At Nadia’s Fireplace Tips, I share practical advice, creative ideas, and expert insights to help you enjoy your hearth all year round.
When I’m not writing about fireplaces or testing the latest trends, you’ll find me curled up by my own fire with a good book 📖 and a cup of coffee ☕. My loyal Siberian Husky, Nova 🐾, is never far away — soaking up the warmth (and patiently hoping for snacks). Her love for the cold has even inspired some of my cozier outdoor fire pit ideas.
I believe that fireplaces aren’t just about heat — they’re about creating comfort, connection, and memories. So whether you’re lighting your first fire or redesigning your entire hearth space, I’m here to help you keep the flames burning bright.

🎧 Judy
Customer Service Specialist | Fireplace & Hearth Veteran
Hi, I’m Judy. I joined Nadia’s Fireplace Tips as a Customer Service Specialist, but fireplaces are anything but new territory for me. I bring 35+ years of experience in the fireplace and hearth industry, which means I’ve seen just about everything — from straightforward replacement parts to those wonderfully mysterious projects where the first measurement somehow creates three more questions.
Over the years, I’ve worked with fireplace doors, hearth products, replacement components, customer measurements, special orders, and the everyday troubleshooting that comes with owning a fireplace. My job is to help customers sort through the details, understand their options, and hopefully make the process feel a little less intimidating.
My Italian heritage probably explains two things about me: I believe people should be taken care of properly, and nobody should leave hungry. When I’m not helping customers, there’s a good chance I’m in the kitchen cooking something that started as a “simple dinner” and somehow involved six pots.
I also love gardening, sewing, and settling in with a good book when I finally decide to sit still. There’s something satisfying about growing your own flowers, making something by hand, or disappearing into a story for a few hours.
After more than three decades around fireplaces, I still enjoy helping someone finally find the right part or solve the problem they’ve been staring at for weeks. Sometimes you just need somebody on the other end of the phone who has seen it before — and chances are, I have.

🖥️ Maria
E-commerce Content Specialist
Hi, I’m Maria!
A proud Manila girl with a passport that's always begging for another stamp. ✈️Traveling isn’t just a hobby for me—it’s a lifestyle, a teacher, and occasionally, a test of my ability to survive on snacks 🍫 and Google Translate. 😆 It has taught me everything from the art of packing 🎒 (spoiler: I still overpack) to the beauty of human connection, even when I barely speak the language. 🌍
When I’m not writing about all things fire-related 🔥 (yes, my job is literally lit), you’ll probably find me lost in a book 📖, romanticizing life’s little moments ✨, or trying (and sometimes failing) to catch my next flight on time 🏃♀️💨

💻 Ryder Morgan
Tech Guru - Outdoor Adventurer & Speed Enthusiast
Hi, I’m Ryder — Tech Guru, Adventure Seeker, and All-Around Problem Solver.
At Nadia's Fireplace Tips, I’m the guy behind the scenes making sure the digital gears keep turning. Whether I’m troubleshooting website glitches, updating content, or ensuring everything runs like a well-oiled machine, I’m always up for a tech challenge. As a freelancer and proud business owner, I jump in whenever I’m needed — keeping things smooth, secure, and streamlined. But you won’t always catch me glued to a screen. When I’m not immersed in code or fine-tuning fire-related content, I’m out chasing adrenaline-fueled adventures. My friends know me as RocketRyder, and they’re not wrong — I’ve got a serious need for speed. Whether I’m carving up winding backroads on my Indian motorbike 🏍️, hiking mountain trails, or tackling a rugged bike trail, I’m happiest when I’m in motion.
The outdoors is my playground — but I know how to slow down, too. After a day of adventure, you’ll likely find me kicked back by the fire with a glass of red wine 🍷 in hand, binge-watching my latest series obsession or losing myself in a sci-fi flick.
Of course, there are a few things I could do without:
🚫 Social media — I'd rather be out making memories than scrolling timelines.
🚫 Unfinished projects — I can’t rest until everything’s dialed in just right.
🚫 Untangling wires — Seriously, why does every charger morph into a knot when you’re not looking?Whether I’m helping Nadia roll out her latest fireplace project, battling stubborn tech issues, or gearing up for my next big adventure, I bring a mix of speed, creativity, and a whole lot of humor to the table. Life’s too short for boring days — so if there’s a new challenge, I’m already racing toward it. 🚀

🎨 Samantha Lowe – Illustrator & Design Extraordinaire
“Why just explain when you can show people how awesome fireplaces are?”
Hi, I’m Samantha, and if you’ve ever visited Nadia’s Fireplace Tips and thought, "Wow, that diagram actually makes sense!" — well, you’re welcome. I’m the one behind the colorful illustrations, creative visuals, and quirky designs that turn fireplace talk into something fun, engaging, and easy to understand.
🖌️ What I Do:
I believe design should feel alive. Whether I'm sketching a crackling fire scene that radiates warmth or whipping up infographics that help you master fireplace maintenance, I love creating visuals that connect with people. If my work makes you smile or gives you that "Aha!" moment — mission accomplished.🎨 How It Started:
Growing up, I was the kid who always had paint on her hands and doodles in her notebook. Turns out, turning that passion into a career was the best decision I ever made. Working alongside my sister, Nadia, feels like creating art with a built-in cheerleader (and occasional critic) by my side.🌄 When I’m Not Designing:
You'll probably find me...
🥾 Exploring Asheville’s hidden hiking trails with my wife, Elena — the more spontaneous the adventure, the better.
🌮 Hunting down the spiciest tacos I can find — if my tongue isn’t on fire, what’s the point?
🎯 Hosting game nights with friends — fair warning, I take Codenames way too seriously.
🐾 Spoiling my scrappy little rescue dog, Basil — he’s chaotic, loud, and occasionally behaves like a raccoon in a dog costume, but I wouldn’t trade him for anything.🚫 What I don’t love:
🎨 Beige walls — If a room doesn’t have at least one bold pop of color, I’m bringing my paintbrush.
📜 Overcomplicated instructions — Life’s hard enough. Just give me the key points.
🙄 People who think creativity isn’t a “real job” — trust me, I’ve heard it all. Spoiler alert: it absolutely is.I love being part of Nadia’s Fireplace Tips because I get to combine creativity with practical knowledge — helping folks bring their fireplace dreams to life. So whether you’re here for tips, tricks, or just to admire my dazzling fire pit illustrations (no judgment), I’m thrilled to be part of the warmth.

🌙 Nyra Morgan
Administrative Assistant
Inbox whisperer. Schedule sorceress. Sister in the shadows. You won’t often hear me before you see the calendar get magically color-coded or the inbox trimmed down to serene simplicity. I’m Nyra—Nadia’s younger sister, Ryder’s favorite confidante (but don’t tell him that), and the quietly obsessive organizer behind the scenes here at Nadia’s Fireplace Tips.
📅 I handle the logistics, the schedules, the details nobody thinks about until they don’t get done. From managing emails to keeping deadlines aligned, I’m the silent match that keeps the whole flame steady. I also have a secret talent for catching typos before they become legends.
🕯️ When I’m not smoothing out the day-to-day, you’ll find me curled up with a leather-bound book, scribbling in a velvet journal, or taking evening walks when the sky turns lavender and the wind starts to tell stories.
☕ I like my tea floral, my playlists rainy, and my lighting dim but intentional. I collect moments more than things, and I believe in the beauty of the pause between to-dos.
🔮 I have an unapologetic love for the mystical. Think moon phases, ancient star maps, herbal lore, and the occasional candlelit tarot reading. Some people unwind with yoga—I align my spreadsheets with Mercury retrograde.
🪞Working with Nadia feels like coming home to a fire you didn’t have to start—warm, steady, and always flickering with good stories.
And if you ever see a beautifully organized spreadsheet named embers_and_inbox.xlsx… yes, that was me. 😌

✨ Vivienne Valet
Luxury Brand & Style Strategist
I don’t just style pages — I shape presence. For Nadia’s Fireplace Tips, my role is to make every visual choice feel intentional before a single word is read. I work behind the scenes refining the atmosphere: the image direction, seasonal color stories, layout rhythm, editorial details, and brand moments that turn a fireplace blog into something warmer, more memorable, and unmistakably polished.
My work lives at the intersection of visual branding, editorial design, sensory storytelling, and customer psychology. I care about the little things most people scroll past — the shade of matte black on a fire door banner, the warmth of a fall lifestyle image, the way a product page should feel trustworthy before it ever asks for a click. That is where presence is built. Quietly. Strategically. With taste.
I believe good branding should never feel random. It should feel like walking into a beautifully styled room where every texture, color, and shadow knows exactly why it belongs there. Whether I’m curating seasonal visuals, shaping moodboards, refining page layouts, or helping outdoor scenes feel inviting instead of staged, my goal is always the same: make the brand linger.
In quieter moments, you’ll find me barefoot with a sketchpad, brewing lavender tea, flipping through vintage design annuals, or studying fabric swatches like they’re tiny little mood arguments. I collect matchbooks, adore velvet texture, and firmly believe branding — like firelight — should never scream.
It should smolder.

📦 Jason N
Shipping & Receiving
Hi, I’m Jason—and if it’s arrived at your doorstep from Nadia’s Fireplace Tips, there’s a good chance I packed it myself, checked it twice, and made sure it looked sharp enough to impress your dog 🐶 (or at least not scare the mail carrier).
I handle shipping and receiving, which means I’m the one unboxing incoming stock like it’s my birthday, organizing it with borderline obsessive precision 📋, and packing outgoing orders so they survive everything short of a moose attack. Fireplace doors, screens, log sets—you name it, I’ve probably bubble-wrapped it.
There’s something weirdly satisfying about sending things off into the world, especially when it’s a product I know is going to make someone’s space warmer, cozier, and way better looking 🔥.
When I’m off the clock, I keep myself busy with a few passions:
🍳 Brunch experiments – Yes, I take pancakes very seriously.
🚴♂️ Trail rides – I love being out in the woods, where the only packages I deal with are snack bars.
🎸 Playing bass – I’m in a band that plays loud, late, and occasionally in tune.
🎮 Retro gaming collector – I respect any game that came out on a cartridge.
🚗 Classic car enthusiast – Nothing beats the rumble of an old-school V8. Except maybe the sound of a perfectly taped-up shipping box.
I might not be the face you see on product pages or blog posts, but I take pride in what I do behind the scenes. Every item I pack is something I’d want arriving at my own doorstep—intact, clean, and ready to get to work.
Also, yes, I do get a little emotionally attached to the label maker. 💌

🐾 Nova
Chief Fluff Officer | Fire-Watching Specialist | Snack Surveillance Unit
If you’ve ever wondered who really runs things around here—spoiler alert: it’s Nova. My loyal Siberian Husky, fireplace enthusiast, and uninvited Zoom guest.
Nova’s key responsibilities include:
🛋️ Supervising indoor photo shoots by lounging in the middle of the set
💤 Providing morale support during long writing sessions (mostly via power naps)
📦 Barking at every box like it owes her money
🔥 Testing heat distribution by lying three inches from the fireplace and refusing to move
As Chief Fluff Officer, she takes her role seriously—especially when it involves shedding on packaging materials or “reorganizing” throw pillows with her tail. She’s also on high alert for any snack bag that so much as rustles.
Despite her snow-loving DNA, Nova has fully embraced the fireplace lifestyle. She believes every room should have a cozy rug, a roaring fire, and someone nearby who will hand over a bite of toast.
She’s never answered an email, but she’s been present for the writing of all of them. And if something ends up slightly chewed… it’s probably because she disagreed with the font choice.
🐶 Fun Facts About Nova:
🐕 Favorite rug: Whichever one I just cleaned
🍖 Favorite task: Inspecting firewood for potential bacon
👃 Secret skill: Hearing the UPS truck before it’s even in our zip code
💭 Dream job: Full-time fireplace nap consultant
🎯 Least favorite thing: Praise without snacks
Nova might not write the blog posts, but she is the cozy glue that holds it all together. She's the warmth behind the brand (and often behind my desk chair), the queen of canine side-eye, and the only staff member who regularly demands belly rubs during work hours.
