A fireplace screen has one very important job: help keep sparks and embers where they belong. But there's no rule saying it has to look boring while doing it.

This 48" wide replacement screen includes two 24" wide panels finished in Satin Black. The 1/4"-19 gauge mesh provides spark protection while still allowing you to enjoy a clear view of the fire.

These screens are recommended for fireplace openings from 30" to 44" wide. The additional screen width allows the panels to overlap and drape rather than stretching tightly across the opening.

Black coil tassel pulls make the panels easy to handle and complement the Satin Black finish.

Just measure before ordering. I'd much rather have you spend an extra minute with a tape measure than discover your replacement fireplace screen has different ideas about fitting.

Replacing Your Old Screen?

Good news—it’s easy! Just grab your measuring tape and check the height and width of your existing screen (don’t include those hanger rings, they add a sneaky half inch to the total height). If your hanger rings aren’t the standard half inch, or if you’ve got a quirky attachment system, shoot me an email. I’ll help you figure out the right size because, well, we can’t let those little details spoil your fireplace upgrade, can we?

Already Have a Rod Installed?

Perfect! Just measure from the top of your fireplace opening to the top of the rod, and then subtract a half inch for the hanger rings and another half inch for clearance at the bottom. For example, if your fireplace opening to the top of the rod is 25 inches, you’ll want a 24-inch tall screen. Simple, right?
